Bruno was born in Troy NY, August of 1927. He was ordained a Benedictine, May 1956 in Cullman, AL. He served as a paratrooper chaplain in the US Army in Korea and Vietnam.
He left the priesthood and married Patti Maxwell in 1968 and worked primarily in the education field. The couple had three children and five grandchildren. Bruno went to a new life March, 1999. The former Benedictine was sent home with a Mass of the Resurrection celebrated by three Abbots and his confreres with burial in the Abbey cemetary. May he rest in peace.
