Gerry was born in Northern Ireland, ordained a Redemptorist for the English Redemptorists and served in the U.S. Army as a Catholic chaplain. He married Barbara and taught International Business in Austin, Texas. He was a lively, lovely wonderful man, filled with good will and humor.
