Andy served 9 years in US Navy before his ordination January 15, 1966 as a Servite. He served at St. Philip's High School as a teacher of Latin and Theology. He left the priesthood in 1969 and married Judy, a former Sister of Charity, December 20, 1969 in Chicago. He lived in Belen, MN since 1974. He was known for his telling jokes to make connections with friends and strangers alike. He retired from his job as a claims representative for Social Security in 1994. He will be missed by many.
