March 25, 1927 - August 2, 2014 OKLAHOMA CITY Robert "Bob" Carl Westerman, 87, went to his heavenly home on Saturday, August 2nd, 2014. Bob was born March 25th, 1927 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Carl and Loretta Westerman. Services include a Wake held Thursday, August 7th, at 7pm at Epiphany of the Lord Catholic Church and a Mass Friday, August 8th, at 11am at Epiphany of the Lord Catholic Church, with entombment following at Resurrection Cemetery. Bob is survived by his wife Helen and step-son James Menefee, both of OKC; brother Carl Westerman of Longview, TX; and sisters Jean Craig of Malibu, CA and Marta Carson of Iowa City, IA; as well as several nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Bob was ordained a priest in Oklahoma and served in several Oklahoma parishes as well as the Guatemala Mission in Santiago Atitlan.
