Please remember in your prayers George Wolf who passed away on Friday.

George was a married priest who had served in the Diocese of Camden, NJ. I had met George about 10 years ago when we in South Jersey began to gather socially.

He was a delightful person with a wonderful sense of humor.
May his soul and the souls of all the faithful departed rest in peace...

His notice from the Press of Atlantic City is as follows:

WOLF, GEORGE T. 79 - of Margate, passed away on Friday March 12, 2004 at his residence.
Born in Philadelphia, in 1924, he was a lifetime Margate City Resident. He was a graduate of Holy Spirit High School class of '42' and graduated from St. Mary's College in Baltimore. George served in the US Navy during WW2. He was ordained as a Priest with the Diocese of Camden in 1955 and served as a Navy Chaplin during the Korean War. He last was a Social Worker with Atlantic County for 20 years.

He is survived by his wife Mary, three daughters, Mary Beth Wolf of Ocean City, Anne Blackwell (James) of Sandwich, MA; Peg Doyle of Mays Landing; a brother

William J. Wolf (Eleanor) of Margate; two sisters, Elizabeth Harold (Gerald) of MA; Rosemary Guerrieri (Massime) of Margate, three grandchildren, Sean Doyle, Molly and Rose Blackwell, and nieces and nephews.
